In 1908 Achilles de Brito, who has been part of the Claus & Schweder business since 1903, becomes a business partner. In 1924 Brito takes over the business. He renamed the company Ach. Brito, but kept the Claus Porto brand alive.

In 1936, Claus Porto launches a series of men’s shaving products: Musgo Real. The iconic Musgo Real soap on a rope is something every gentleman should have.
