Established 1830Founded in 1830 by John Spear and Sam Jackson, Spear & Jackson Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of garden tools, metrology equipment, woodworking tools and magnetic equipment under several brand names. Spear & Jackson is generally considered the oldest and most iconic manufacturer of saws, because that is where it all started with.
The group also includes the famous WHS trowel brand, whose pointing trowels are especially favoured by archaeologists.
