Hults Bruk
Established 1697Founded in 1697 by James Reenstierna as a manufacturer of nails and tool used for ship building, Hults Bruk now is the largest axe manufacturer in Sweden. In due course Hults Bruk stopped production of other tools due to growing competition, and focussed primarily on axes. In 1988 Hults Bruk was purchased by the Hultafors Group, so current models carry the Hultafors etching as well as the traditional “HB” Hults Bruk stamp. The most iconic axes are the Agdor and Arvika 5 Star lines of axes.
