Gilmour
Established 1949Founded in 1949 by Robert Gilmour as Gilmour Manufacturing Company, Gilmour is the leading U.S. watering brand, mostly known for its nozzles. In 1949 Gilmour introduced the first pistol grip nozzle. Other Gilmour firsts include the original clamp-style hose repair, the Select-A-Spray nozzles and rotor sprinklers with multi-jet nozzles. In 2014 Fiskars took over Gilmour to strengthen and diversify its garden and yard care portfolio.
