Turmix

Established 1933

Founded in 1933 by Traugott Oertli, Turmix is a Swiss manufacturer of kitchen appliances. Oertli was inspired by the idea of making life easier in the kitchen and introduced a mixer in 1943, the legendary ‘Turmix Original’. In 1975 Turmix launched the first espresso coffee machine, the TX10. Based on this machine, Turmix started a cooperation with Nespresso in 1985, producing the first Nespresso coffee machine ever and ushering in a new era of sophisticated coffee pleasure.
