Laptop briefcase (leather)

Mulberry

Established 1971

Founded in 1971 by Roger Saul and his mother Joan, Mulberry is a manufacturer of leather goods, specialized in bags and handbags. Roger Saul named his company after the Mulberry tree he walked past everyday to get to school. In 2007 designer Emma Hill joined the company and created modern classics such as the Bayswater handbag (which will also feature on Wikiconic).

The iconic Heathcliffe briefcase (as pictured above) is the platonic image of a classic laptop briefcase. It has a luxurious simple finish with minimalist hardware and detailing. One internal section is padded for a laptop, and there are additional sections for documents.

Why on Wikiconic?
Design.
