Caulking gun

P.C. Cox

Wexford (1958)

Founded in 1958, P.C. Cox is the global market leader in the design and production of hand held sealant and adhesive applicators. Their most iconic product is the often copied Wexford skeleton metal frame caulking gun. The Wexford is still in production due to its popularity and reliability, but today it is known as the Easiflow HD. Later models by P.C. Cox, with a new mechanism incorporating a smooth rod with clutch and release plate, became the industry standard.

Why on Wikiconic?
Heritage, design, innovation.
