Hairspray

L'Oréal Paris

Elnett (1960)

Launched in 1960 by L’Oréal Laboratories, Elnett Satin has been the hairspray of choice by leading hairdressers and stylists. The iconic Elnett satin formula revolutionised the hairspray market as it was the first ever hairspray to brush out without any effort. In 1963 Elnett got its legendary gold packaging and in 1964 the iconic female face appears on it – and remains there to this day. In 1968 the ‘micro-diffusion technology’ is created, making Elnett Satin an even finer hairspray. Elnett is literally the ‘gold standard’ of hairsprays.
