Wera Tools

Established 1936

Founded in 1936 by Hermann Werner, Wera Tools is one of the leading global manufacturers of screwdrivers, screwdriver bits and ratchets. Wera tools are used principally by professionals, including builders, electricians and mechanics.

Wera is mostly known for its popular line of screwdrivers featuring the iconic Kraftform shape handle. This design is based around the contours of the hand, and uses a ergonomic combination of soft and hard zones. The distinctive ‘crown’ from this handle is now used as part of the Wera logo.
